Welcome to Sunset Haven, your perfect Galveston retreat! As you step through the door, an inviting open entry and living area greet you. To the right of the stairs, a dry bar awaits for crafting your favorite cocktails. The first bedroom on the right is the "Camp Room," perfect for kids, featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds, two oversized bean bags that fold out into full-sized mattresses, and a 65" smart TV. Adjacent is a shared full bath with a stand-alone shower and single vanity. The spacious living room invites relaxation, while the full kitchen is ready for culinary adventures, equipped with a gas range with griddle, Keurig and drip combo coffee pot, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Downstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom with a smart TV and a king bedroom with a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower. Upstairs, another cozy living area with a smart TV welcomes you, along with a private bedroom boasting a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. This charming two-story home offers a convenient layout designed for ease and comfort. Slightly elevated, the property requires a few steps up to the front door/patio, ensuring a secure and welcoming entrance. Bedrooms and essential amenities are strategically placed on both floors, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.



LINENS AND LAUNDRY:

• We provide 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest, and all beds are professionally made with hotel quality linens.



• Additional: Kitchen dishcloth and hand towels, 2 pot holders and a few beach towels.



• Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay as well as a private washer and dryer in the home.



EXTRAS PROVIDED:

• Enjoy our welcome baskets with a few snacks, waters, and coffee/tea setup.

PARKING:

Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Additional street parking is permitted for one more vehicle, making a total of 4 spots available per reservation.



Guest Access:

Guest will have full access to the home and backyard area.



The Neighborhood:

The community pool is open each year from May 1 through September 30th and is closed each Tuesday for cleaning and maintenance. A key will be provided to enter the pool area.

Hours of operation are 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.

• The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
