“Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

“Average DT hotel good location in Davenport. AC did not work in our room. After understanding that it did not work we gpt a new room for our second night. Big central area of hotel makes it look deserted. The restaurant, only open for breakfast has bad ventilation => small pancakes in to your room. At the gym the peleton did not work and in our new room the safe did not work and we had to call maintanance who eventually fixed it.”

“The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.”

“The staff was amazing which made up for the gross hotel. The whole place was damp. There were bugs in my room and on my bed and my bathroom. But at least they allow your pets with no hassle.”

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....

“Room was clean One bed cover had a burned cigarette hole in it. Room smelled like mold. Broken AC controls cover. Lobby very dark. Location very far from eberything. Check in was painful. Lost the reservation that we've made a month in advace and pre-paid via Expidia. Tried to charge us again ! Had to put a $ 105.00 deposit for room and key that we think was a scam. “Basic room at a good rate. The property could use some TLC and updating (esp the shower for the latter), but it was fine for our 1 night stay. It was about a mile walk to the concert venue and not much along the way. The front desk gentleman was very nice and the beds were comfortable. A few of the electric outlets were useless. I would stay again if the closer, more central properties were not available. ”

“Shower had hair everywhere. Trash on floor. Dusty on tables. Toilet barely flushed. Was only allowed to have one pillow. Staff acted like I was an annoyances not a customer.”
