“Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. ”

The showers were particularly nice - hot and great water pressure - and you appreciate this all the more if you’ve spent the day out in the wind and rain. A short drive to Doolin and the Cliffs. “We had a group of 10 adults and a one year old stay for two nights. The house had six bedrooms all with their own bathroom. The house had a kitchen, nice lounge, dining room and a small patio.The location was within walking distance to many of Galway’s best sites. There is a grocery store very close.If I’m in Galway with a large group, I would stay here again.”

She also gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
