“This was a really great stay. Carolyn was amazing with her directions and the check-in process was very easy. We were able to pull into the garage and unload so we didn't get caught in the rain. The house is spacious with three living areas (one a really nice four seasons room with a pool table!) The bedrooms were roomy with lots of storage. “This is a great place for a group. This is the second time our family has stayed here for a trout fishing weekend. The guides pick us up at the riverside at the back of the house - great location! The house is clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoy this place.”

Nearest neighborhood had conjoining back yard maybe 90 feet away. However at this season there was little to no interaction. Cabin was well stocked for cooking on site (dishes/pots&pans). Beds slept comfortably.”

“We very much enjoyed this property in Mountain Home. It was beautifully decorated, the furniture, beds, linen were all so comfortable. Had a large table inside and outside which was so nice to have choices to sit with our meals. Kitchen stocked with all the things we needed to cook. It had 2 sitting areas inside with TV’s so there was options there as well. It was close to town and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely consider renting again in the future.”

“Locating this property is a bit of an adventure. Listing indicated that GPS might not work, and boy was that correct. I would suggest that you beef up the directions a bit to overcome that. Instructions for the security system were accurate, but we had trouble finding control and the alarm went off before we could get to it. The lock on the gate didn't work properly. Patio furniture was very dirty and we had to clean that to spend time out there. Several of the sinks didn't drain properly. But,...

“We came to Flippin to relax, kayak, and do a little fishing. We had 4 adults, a teen, and an 11 yr old. This home was the perfect set up. We had plenty of room to let the kids play around and the adults relax. Sandy was a great host from check-in to check- out. She made sure we had everything we needed, answered questions we had about the river access, and even came out to make sure everything was okay after a storm. We have only good things to say about our stay!”

“We absolutely loved the quaint cabin 1, the amazing view, the intament setting of the the resort, and the amenities. We used the dock for fishing for nearly 8 hours with complete privacy. No one bothered us and no one was loud or obnoxious. One of the most relaxing vacations I've been in in some time. Additionally, the cabin was clean and comfortable, with all the supplies we needed to stay comfortably”
