“Other than the ice only being on the main floor our stay was great. Room was clean. Lots of space & the bunk beds were a hit.”

“Honestly the only thing missing from this “Bates Motel” was Norman himself. The rooms are extremely dated, the bed was so uncomfortable just to sit on. The windows are filthy and covered in bugs and no screens on the windows to air the place out. They use some sort of cheap carpet fresh stuff and enough of it that the whole place smells like cheap masked floral smell. Awful experience I left after 10 minutes and went to the Holiday Inn Express Waterfront which was excellent! I will say the...

“Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Exactly what we were looking for in a hotel for this trip. There is a Tim Hortons conveniently located beside the hotel for breakfast.”

“When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

“I have stayed at this hotels various times before, and have always been very happy with my choice. The rooms a spacious, clean, good space to work, modern. Breakfast is excellent, and it is close to many restaurants in the area. Free parking. It fills my requirements, and more!”

“The only complaint I have about this property is the barn door for the bathroom has quite a gap and doesn’t provide much privacy. ”
