“A perfect stay at the Dwijaya House Pakubuwono. It looked small and in a small street, but it actually huge and very nice. Very helpful and friendly staff%. Clean, close to everything, beautiful and a lot of greens (plants), make the place more beautiful. Excellent. They helped keeping my luggage’s when I was on my medical surgery. Kind and very helpful staff.”

“The room was super clean and the staff were amazing. The buffet breakfast was out of this world.”

“All the staff at this hotel is welcoming. The breakfast is really good and the location is great. Try this hotel and you will not be disappointed.”

“The Darmawangsa stays the same when all around it is constantly changing and that’s a great thing. It has maintained its old world charm. Leave it at that.”

“The washroom was mouldy and dirty. I informed the receptionist within the first two hours of my arrival. I was told that the hotel will inform Housekeeping. I said that it’s a matter that cannot be resolved with a guest staying in the room, because it needed to be bleached and throughly cleaned, but nothing was done. I just gave up. Later the next day I was asked if I wanted to change my room but I didn’t because my issue was not addressed accordingly anyways. After I mentioned that I will not...

“Safe did not work. AC barely worked. Food not good ”

“Extreme disaster! Floor not clean properly, no toilet roll, bedsheets were old and not cleaned; I could literally see blood stains and many other stains on pillow cases, bedsheet, blanket! WORST THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE BED WAS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! If I have not been prudent, I would have been beaten by the bugs! Booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night!”

“The rooms feel they have not been maintained for over a decade. The bath towels were thin and worn out - there were only two electrical sockets and neither accomodated a foreign plug. Definitely not staying there again”

“The hotel location is so perfect and close to all big malls in Jakarta”
