“Beautiful property. Clean spacious rooms. Can plan a two day trip to this place, which would include a day trip to Shimla. Kid friendly. Housekeeping is slow, very slow. Rest all was good. ”

“Shimla är en fantastisk stad, spännande och vacker. Hotellpersonal och hotellstandard utifrån pris -excellent!”

“We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion while visiting from the USA. The staff was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and we look forward...

“The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively...

“Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.”

“Hotellet ligger perfekt, precis bredvid The Mall och på en höjd med bra utsikt. Servicen var mycket bra och rummen rejäla men något gamla (bodde i ett "vanligt" rum). Halvpension innebar i princip att man kunde beställa hur mycket man ville från deras meny (dryck ingick inte), så det kan man ju välja vad man föredrar. Notera att det är en bit från tågstationen till hotellet/centrala Shimla, så ta en taxi.”

“Please take into account I was a foreign tourist. The plus's are the service was good and the tea was excellent. The negatives are the building and grounds pictured in the listing are no longer in use. They are being replaced with a completely new hotel which is under construction. There are no 23 teas offered and the menu is limited and no longer intercontinental. What rooms and facilities are left are in serious need of updating. The biggest problem is that they only accept cash and...

“Hard to access the hotel. Room itself was ok for a night of transit.”

“Hotel is great, staff very helpfull. I will like to stay here next time. ”

“I enjoyed two nights at Amor Haven, it was very peaceful and relaxing, there are great views all around, local monkeys and good restaurants nearby. It is good value and I recommend it.”
