“Arrived at Incheon late evening(10.30 pm) and called the hotel for pick-up. Came 20 min later. Very Good. Also leaving day after and booked the shuttle and left on time from hotel. Good hotel for some night Before travelling on. Restaurants and some minimarkets around the hotel. Good standard in the hotel.”

"Great hotel, felt very clean and comfortable! Good service. The location is good with restaurants and shops in the area. Takes about 35-40 minutes to areas like myeongdong but the subway is really easy once you get the hang of it. :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

The breakfast was also really good and the staff always ensured that you were satisfied and that all your needs were fullfilled and helped you to the best of their ability.

"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were overall very happy with our experience. The food, including breakfast, was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay.
The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from train and bus stations that provide easy access to all parts of the city. The airport shuttle bus stop is also conveniently located only 2-min walking distance from hotel.
More importantly, the room prices were reasonable and aligned well with the hotel’s location and city area, which make it a good value for money.
Although the air conditioning in our initial room wasn’t working, the staff quickly resolved the issue by arranging a room change on the same floor.

"This hotel is very cosy, close to city hall. Located in an area with small restaurants with a small town feeling. The hotel is very clean, nice and serviceminded staff, lovely bed in the deluxe Room. But, it is poor insulated, you hear everyone in the corridor outside. Right now it is construction work being done right outside the hotel, very disturbing. But we enjoyed large room. The shower was very nice when you finally get into bath tube.
Please, do something with the hard soap. No one likes hard soap 2024. "
