“An absolutely 10 for a retreat rental. Very private despite the owners occupying the top floor of this three-story building. The rental is for the entire second floor with private entrance, and a wrap around veranda with outdoor furniture, and a beautiful view of of the bay (Pender Harbour.) It also has a propane fire pit for those cool nights. Owners Michelle and Dave are wonderful hosts. Dave’s cinnamon buns are a must try. I suggest to order them upon check-in. Dave will have them ready...

“It's a clean well supplied kitchenette suite, with a small private hot tub and parking beside the door. Exactly as described in the ad, and just what we needed. Great communication by the host.”

Only thing I would suggest the host to adjust the hot tub setting so it’s easier to access and manage . I’d rate this place a 4.8/5 overall 😊”

“Rooms were very clean and beautifuly decorated. Bathroom was spacious and the antique claw foot soaking tub was a bonus. Sophie has taken the time to decorate and appoint the suite very well and was very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend her suite and we will stay there again the next time we are on the peninsula.”

“This is such a great spot to use as a base to explore the coast. It is a comfortable, spacious suite with everything you need. I could've used a proper kitchen but I also managed fine without it. Hosts were super responsive and very helpful. Excellent value. Walking a couple of mins round the corner to be dazzled by the amazing sunset over the water was an absolute treat.”
