THE SPACE
The two-story house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms are located on the second level and include:

(1) A master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (king bed with memory foam topper), private sitting area, soaker tub, euro-style glass shower, walk-in closet, 55" HDTV, and desk.
(2) Two bedrooms with queen beds and 55" TVs.
(3) One bunk room that sleeps four people on twin bunk beds (blow-up queen mattress also available if needed).

There is also a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a laundry room, and a linen closet on the second level.

The main level is where all the fun takes place! The entry room features a huge mural great for social media pictures. All of the puzzles and board games are located inside the benches. Next, you enter an open kitchen, dining, and family room area big enough for your entire group!

The dining table seats 10 with an additional 3 stools at the huge island countertop. The kitchen is a chef's dream with tons of cooking utensils, cookware, knives, and small appliances. In the family room, there is a 75" TV with a Nintendo Switch, piano, and electric fireplace.

AREA INFORMATION
The home is located in one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in Garden City. The Bear Lake Marina is located a half-mile walk on a paved trail or a less than 2 min drive! Mike's Market and gas station - the only supermarket in Garden City - is right behind the house (2 min walk). Take a nice stroll to all your favorite Garden City restaurants in the downtown area (1 mile).

There isn't public transportation, so make sure you bring a vehicle for drives to North Shore Beach, Rendezvous Beach, Minnetonka Caves, and the Pickleville Playhouse!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
It is very important that you plan appropriately for parking. The Lochwood neighborhood DOES NOT PERMIT street parking. That includes empty fields or any of the shared parking lots (they are for owners only).

6 VEHICLES is the maximum number permitted to park on our property in the designated parking spaces - the two-car garage or the four-car paved driveway. ALL of your vehicles, trailers, boats or other equipment need to fit there.

Failure to follow these important parking rules could result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. So please makes sure to plan accordingly. We don't want you to have a negative experience during your vacation.
