“Very basic facility. No tv even though instructions on how to get tv and satellite to work. No air conditioning. Carpets were completely worn out with burns and stains. The rug on top of the carpet was twisted and deformed. I don’t recommend this facility.”

“Property as advertised, perfect for our family reunion. Especially loved the many chairs and tables in kitchen area, that's hard to find for a big group. Great communication with owner.”

“The place was very comfortable and spacious. We had space to meet together as a large family as well as some place for people to separate. I really enjoyed getting the kids out on the lawn, the views of the lake and the easy access to Garden City. The south beaches were also very close. The home was well appointed, clean and easy to get to. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. ”

“I like that it had the right amount of beds and a working microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there was no WiFi and the check in process was very confusing and the man who checked us in acted very weird and was not helpful.”

“Very prompt response with any of our needs. Beds comfortable, incredible views, ample space, and a lovely family weekend. Few improvements needed with housekeeping, but otherwise very nice stay. Full moon over the lake every night! Serene and lovely!”

“Great host, great communication, right next to the pool and you could view the lake from the back patio which had shade on both sides.”

“Didn’t need anything fancy, just a place to sleep. Cabin is right next to the road, but once inside, it’s quiet. Great shower, nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking if you bring your boat. If you want a clean, well kept property, no frills cabin, this is a great place to stay. Property has multiple cabins, would be great if you had a large group and wanted your own space at the end of the day. I will definitely return for another stay.”

“Really great place to stay right on the water. Not for families that have anyone who has trouble with stairs. This place is all stairs, 3 floors. We had a group of adults and young adults and had a great time paddle boarding and spending time on the water. This unit is right in the center of 2 other units, so if anyone is on the deck in the other 2 units, you are in each others space, meaning you can hear their conversation and look right at each other, even though it is divided by railings....

Plenty of space, fantastic and well-stocked kitchen (best we've ever seen), lots of seating, rooms to gather and rooms to be alone, and the views are simply stunning. We agreed we'd love to come back. The host never did tell us how to access Legacy Beach, so I'm not sure that's still an amenity, but we didn't need it since we kept ourselves entertained at the house.
