Simple, clean, pet friendly

We were in town for a family reunion and needed a pet-friendly place to stay with our dog. The place was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of grass for our dog to run around on. Just what we needed.

Bear Lake Stay

We sincerely appreciated Natalie allowing us to check in early at 1pm instead of 4pm. We were at Bear Lake to attend my son's wedding and I was tasked with cooking Paella for 35 people which required extensive prep which took extra time for myself and wife and daughter and are grateful to Natalie for her kind gesture. Just to pass along info to Natalie, the sliding screen door at the rear door was significantly damaged when we arrived and did not slide correctly on the lower rail. It did not affect us nor cause a problem but I just wanted Natilie to know that we did not damage it but it is something she would probably like to remedy. Thank you again Natalie. :)

Late fall early winter getaway

Off season for most activities in the area but we just needed a little getaway. Nice clean quiet little place. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Dog friendly!

We stayed with our two small dachshunds and the location was perfect for morning walks to the marina, around the property, and on the lengthy trail. South beach is dog friendly too! The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Nice

Bedroom window wouldn’t lock so we used my walking stick. Bathroom sink drain was slow. Nice accommodations overall. For the money I want streaming TV in the bedroom (there was a nice large TV in there) as well as the living room. The couch/hide a bed was uncomfortable to sit on - it is older, typically sagging in the middle. I just expected more for the money. Great location we enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location and dog friendly.

This place was great, with the exception of the bed. Not sure if it is the mattress itself or the box springs, but it is so noisy and creaky. Every little movement you make will make it creak, so needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed the rest of our time there.

Clean but Beds are so squeaky

Condo was clean but…The queen bed and sofa bed both squeaked with any kind of movement. It was very uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep at all the first two night. We ended up sleeping on air mattresses. Very disappointed in the quality of the beds. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that likes to sleep.

Great Place to Get Away

This place lived up to the pictures and the expectations! I needed a few days getaway to relax, but often places that allow pets end up less upkept or up to date. This was not like that at all! Very clean, very comfy, and very easy to reserve and access. I went during the winter and wasn't planning more than some time away with my dog. There was plenty of open places and walkways to walk along either the beach or the roadway. Beautiful views to enjoy. And although it was similar to hotels where you might hear periodic noises from neighbors, the nights were quiet and made relaxing that much better. Natalie was awesome to respond to my concerns when I was off a day on my reservation. She fixed the reservation and responded to my few emails very quickly. I'll stay here again!! (and so will my dog--she loved it too!))

Nice, clean place to stay. We enjoyed our trip and hope to be back soon.

The place was clean and as described. Allowed pets, which was nice. Had plenty of amenities and things to do at the condo. Check in/out was easy.

Adequate but underwhelming

The property had all the necessities. However, the dishes were visibly soiled, literally had food left on them. The tub was also dirty. This made us question what else was not cleaned. We were literally nervous to sleep on the sheets. Also, the microwave cannot be fully opened. The location, ease of access were great. The propane grill was great. The AC and fans kept it very cool, but it did feel somewhat humid inside and had a slight mildew odor.

Bear Lake Stay

We had a great time and have actually stayed at this property in the past. My only complain was it seemed the pool was being used by a lot of non guests. We saw a lot of people getting in without a key; either waiting for others to open the door for them or sneaking their hand through the gate to open the pool door, and we even hear a large family of 10 or more comment they were "going back to the campground". On Saturday the pool and hot tub were packed, and that was a little frustrating as we were hoping it would just guests at that facility. Also in the setting of coronavirus we were hoping for a little more social distancing at the pool. But, we made it work and still had a wonderful time!
