Lovely property that is conveniently located close to Ideal and Rendezvous beaches and not too far from shake shops. The house is perfect for a large group with the exception of large enough pots, bowls, pitches, cling wrap, etc. Be sure to bring your own. We look forward to returning and renting the same house in a few years.

Very nice home

The property is quite new. The rooms are large and accommodated our family easily. We had plenty of bedrooms and beds. The bathrooms easily accommodated us and we never ran out of hot water. Lots of large screen TVs though we just used one for a movie night. There is easily beds for 22 people but we were far less than that. The kitchen has new appliances and plates, bowls. There is a griddle and crockpot that came in handy. Because there is only silverware, pots and serving bowls for 4-6, we had to fill and run the dishwasher after every meal. There is a very long dining table and we were able to fit everyone around it for every meal. The garage has kayaks we were allowed to use, but we brought our own paddle boards. It was a very nice place for our family reunion.
