“The pool area was u clean with leaves and soap detergent in the hot tub. Ducks were swimming in the pool and I had to get towels from the gym because none were found on site. Water was super cold even on the wamest day. Below Sheraton standards. No vending machines available on site and in house coffee place opens at 5 pm. Who has coffee then? Also weird sewage smell and foam spewing out over the parking lot. ”

“Todo muy bien, solo que cobran el estacionamiento 30 dlls la noche, se me hace demasiado, si ya estamos pagando estancia, muy mal por eso.”

“Location on Harbor was a little strange with adjacent buildings a little run down and getting onto Harbor so close to the traffic light was not convenient but those are really the only downsides. The staff were so kind and helpful! Hotel was quiet. Rooms were spacious. Showers clean, large and updated. Breakfast was typical. Beds were comfy and offered a restful sleep each night. So much storage in the room!”

“My sister and I did a trip to Disneyland. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the location in proximity to Disneyland. It was easy to go back back-and-forth between Disneyland and there were a lot of places around the area to eat for whatever you’re interested in. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean the whole property just really lent itself to a relaxing vacation experience. I would stay here again!”

“Despite saying nothing about this anywhere on their page of during the booking process. This hotel took a $300 dollar deposit. Which we were told upon arrival. We were then told by a very rude night shift worker that this is done everywhere in every hotel. Which is just not true. We stayed at another hotel 15 minutes away which was the same exact chain and they only had $50 dollars and everything was WAAAY better. Will not be going back. Also the standard was kind of meh…”

“The room is big and clean but the internet is super slow and the TV is small. The window is kind of broken. Security cameras are everywhere which make me feel secure in a way. That is why I rated three stars.”

“Clean room great staff family friendly environment excellent water park”
