“Spent one horrible night at this hotel in the company with several cockroaches in room 103. Unfortunately we did not agree with the manager to what extent cockroaches is a "normal phenomenon" in hotel rooms. Grateful to Hotel.com, since they partly compensated us. Never again!”

Och det kändes som att lägenheten var hemsökt på något sätt.... Men vi fick gratis parkering och mannen som mötte upp oss var trevlig.”

“This property has the most wonderful view, it’s clean and located close to cafes and restaurants in the Swanbourne and Cottosloe area. The sunsets were stunning and the apartment contained everything, and I appreciated Lesley’s communication and organisation around the high chair, check in etc The only down side for us was our check in being moved back 1.5hrs due to shortage of cleaning staff over the new years period but Lesley did her best to have the cleaners work as quick as possible and...
