The location was perfect for us; convenient to Wiscasset, Damariscotta and Pemaquid Point. Our host was fabulous with his timely communication and down east hospitality. “Great spot on the pond! Wonderful place for couple or one person to stay. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and so did we. Home had everything we needed to make meals. Also had many of the small things like coffee filters, foil, a few zip lock bags etc that saved us having to pick up. We heard loons throughout our stay, and saw a bald eagle fly over the pond a few times. Its 10 minutes from Augusta, grocery less than 6 miles away. Communication was great with host.
