The Ferienhaus Heimhof offers you 5 lovingly furnished holiday apartments that invite you to relax and linger. Our apartments are named after well-known mountains around the Heimhof: Alpspitze, Waxenstein, Kreuzeck, Daniel and Wank.

Dear guests... We would be pleased if you would give a moment of your attention to our house, which has been at the foot of the Alpspitze since 1926. As the only house in the village, you can reach all ski and hiking areas, including the Zugspitze, and local cross-country ski trails, from your holiday apartment, on foot in just a few minutes.

The apartment "Waxenstein" is lovingly furnished in Bavarian, has a balcony and an unobstructed view of the Alpspitz / Zugspitz massif. The last renovation was in 2024!!

We operate an innovative heating system with combined heat and power plant and PV system to produce sustainable green electricity.

We are pleased to offer you only an 11 KW Wall Box to charge your E car!!

NEW: Garden sauna for 2 - 3 people, exclusively for you, wellness garden, (where you can enjoy the mountain view), plunge pool and outdoor shower!!
