“Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.”

“This was such an awesome place to stay and the hosts were truly exceptional! Our kids were fully entertained with the arcade in the basement and we had a lot of family fun together. It was a great location and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We messaged the host about a tv remote and they immediately messaged back that they would like to bring a brand new tv if that was ok with us. “My wife, her parents, and our three year old son recently stayed at the Mid-West Getaway. We were in Niles for a funeral and found this GEM right in town. The home is great, has everything you need and is central to almost everything in Niles. There is a convenience store right across the street for quick things you may need, a Dunkin Donuts right down the street, and a local gym just a minute's drive away next to Dunkin. My wife's father's side of the family is from Niles and we will stay here...

“Jazz was a good host, responsive to my questions. The outdoor furniture was not set up as shown in the pictures but it was early April, and Jazz brought out the gas grill when I asked. His home is convenient to the highway and a great place from which to view the eclipse. There were rules, such as no pets, no shoes in the home, and stripping the beds I haven’t had to do in other rentals but overall it was a great place to stay.”
