“Cheri the host went above and beyond the call of duty. She made sure we had everything needed which for me was the coffee but kids loved the popcorn and other snacks. Super comfy for our stay for my mother’s funeral. Little blessings like books bottled water and plenty of blankets and pillows…”

“The upstairs gets really hot even with the portable/c unit provided 2nd tv room not very useful due to heat. Some items in description not available like personal toiletries left as notes and no travel high chair. Also no gazebo. But a plus is they have beach toys to use and the backyard is huge. Kitchen stocked to cook. The host is also great with communication. Location is PERFECT. Neighborhood is safe and quiet”

“The property is very clean and modern. Very centrally located for adventures at the dunes. We loved our stay. The host is extremely responsive and assisted with suggestions for dinner. It took us only 5 minutes to drive to the beach area from the property which was amazing. And the host is very kid friendly. The property itself is attached to the back of a business which did throw me off a little but we had zero issue with privacy while staying. And there was zero noise issue from the...

“It was a fantastic experience from arrival to departure. We've played the course every year and our group comes from all over Chicago. It was great to stay the night and enjoy the property versus driving back at the end of our round. The hospitality was great and the accommodations were first class.”

“The house was nice and very stocked with everything we need .”

“The house was great, plenty of space for our whole family of 8 plus our combined three dogs. The rooms were as they seemed in the listing, and the whole property was very clean and the host responsive. If you intend to cook anything in the oven, you may want to bring along some disposable aluminum cookware. There were plenty of pots and pans for stove-top cooking but not much for baking and roasting.”

“A nice house, everything is fine, you just have to take into account that there are many mosquitoes and flies”

“The property was nicely maintained. We found out later that we cannot use the lake that the property faces. Instead, we had to drive a half an hour to the Indiana dunes. The game room is a nice addition to the property.”

“Very cute house in a great location. Very convenient to The Dunes beaches and hiking.”

“Host offered nice amenities. First night was lovely. Fiddkehead had great food. MC proper is beautiful. It would have otherwise been a very nice trip. Beware: This is a duplex with a top and bottom unit. Our second night was sleepless, with a rowdy party all night even past 4 am. Pounding up and down the floor. Scraping of the heavy metal kitchen chairs along the ceramic tile floor. Loud music. At one point we thought there was a fight. Police were called twice. Beware that there is nothing they...
