“We enjoyed a charming stay at this property and especially appreciated all of the nice furnishings and touches - definitely feels more like a home than a rental. LeAnne is a very attentive and gracious host and seems to want the very best experience for her guests. If you don't mind the climb, Chalet Village is an excellent spot to be close but not too close to the Gatlinburg traffic. A five-star experience all the way and we hope to return soon!”

“When we arrived at the house everything seemed ok until we looked closer at what was in the house. No dish clothes only 2 dish pods, dirty pans in the cupboards, food in the bottom of the dishwasher, etc. The hot tub was at 77 degrees and water was over flowing the tub. The TV's only got 3 stations and so we did not use them at all. But a note to the host fixed most things and she was very prompt in her responses.
