“For an older hotel I was surprised! The property was well Maintained and the rooms were comfortable. Daily room service as in making the beds and cleaning the room was not available and I was perfectly fine with that. The bed was comfortable! The room came with two sinks and 2 beds with mini fridge refrigerator and coffee maker there was a blow dryer and an ironing board available breakfast was a continental style. I was happy with my visit.”

“Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...
