“The a/c went out the second day we were there but we got ahold of the onsite housekeeper Leann and she was quick to call the owners, the a/c was fixed in less than 2 hours! We were VERY pleased with that! The cabin makes you feel like home and PLENTY of room to roam around. The only thing we didn’t care for is that it was too close to the road but other than that we’d stay again! ”

“The location was great, just a few minutes to walk to the main strip! The cottage was very clean, and the AC was great after being out in the heat all day. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. We even had a bear pass by the back of the building one day! I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I visit the Smoky Mountains!”

“Clean, private and quiet. Great chance to have a relaxing weekend with your teenage (or younger) kids. We went with another family and the kids had a blast- and so did the adults. This property is exactly as shown in the photos. The game room and theater room was perfect and access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Our family absolutely loved this gorgeous property! Spotless and we loved all the decorations and the amazing TVS. Hot tub was a huge win too. Perfect for our teens to have some space of their own with their own rooms and bath. Justin was so easy to communicate with, a great host! Access to the national park is so close, my husband and I were able to sneak away for early morning hikes at the park alone. Feels like you are staying in the national park.
