Welcome to your next fun family getaway at this beautiful home in Gaylord! Nestled in a stunning and peaceful wooded area, this home is the perfect vacation for groups of up to 16! With an indoor pool, hot tub, a spacious backyard with games, and an indoor game room, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are three levels of the home:

Lower level (7 stairs to get downstairs):
--King bedroom
--Bunk bedroom (2 full size mattresses)
--Indoor swimming pool (set to 82 degrees) open year round, many lounge chairs and seating options. Surround sound system available to connect to for playing music to enjoy by the pool. Life jackets and other floatation devices available.
--Laundry room with full bathroom with walk in shower
--Bar area in the pool area
--Game room and lounge room in garage area

Main level:
--Kitchen and living room area

Second level (5 stairs to get upstairs):
--King bedroom with en suite bathroom with walk in shower
--Queen bedroom
--Bunk bedroom (two bunk beds, 4 twin size mattresses). Two pull out twin trundle mattresses on bottom bunks (6 total mattresses in this room)
--Full bathroom with bathtub in hallway

Backyard (not fenced):
--Hot tub located on back patio
--Multiple backyard games available (Connect 4, cornhole, mini putting green) stored in the game room
--Patio furniture seating
--Seating around fire pit (guests responsible for purchasing on fire wood)

**Other things to note:
Hot tub is cleaned once weekly on Mondays in the afternoon.
Swimming pool maintained/cleaned every cleaning turn.
Guests must sign a liability waiver regarding swimming pool and hot tub use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions.
Children and pets are to be supervised at all times near swimming pool and hot tub. For safety reasons, please do not allow anyone to use these amenities alone.

Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking.

Winter Heating Policy:
During the winter season, all windows and sliding doors must remain fully closed at all times. Due to the high cost of propane required to heat the home, this policy is essential to maintain proper heating and prevent excessive energy loss. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional charges.

For the Summer:
This home does not have central AC. We do have 3 AC window units in upstairs bedrooms and standing fans in all bedrooms. House stays cool with the use of AC window units and outside breeze.

EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss or damage of remotes to the TVs or any other amenity equipment.

Guests must sign a liability waiver regarding swimming pool use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions. Owner of home and host are not liable for guest use of swimming pool.

Supervision of all persons with health conditions, children, and pets is required at all times, no exceptions.

Please note swimming pool is after every reservation and the hot tub is cleaned on Mondays.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
