The outdoor area needed some cleaning up in the back and there were some minor issues in the kitchen, which I let the owner know about and she quickly replied. I’m confident in working with her that she was truly unaware. Boyne area is a lot of fun. My siblings and our kids loved being in the big house all together. The kids had their own space...

There is a window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom, which we weren't aware of but our son was glad it was there! Also, in the upstairs bedroom the ceiling is low, our 5'10" son could have used...
