“The staff was really friendly. I had an issue with my sink not draining and no hot water and the staff fixed it right away. The breakfast has a lot of options and it is good. It's at a convenient location, priced reasonable and again, very friendly staff. Not my first time staying there and won't be my last.”
“We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and kindly allowed us to check in at noon which was very helpful. The indoor pool was a big plus especially since it rained on Saturday. The location is very convenient and there’s a nice Japanese restaurant nearby which made dining easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.”
“Everything was Ok. The carpet in the hallways is tired. Could be a possible trip hazard to some. An AC in one room barely worked. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was nice. Your kitchen staff is great. The personnel we met at the service desk were wonderful. ”

- AC set to 17 C (62 F) when last cleaned, extremely noisy AC (heard AC from adjoining rooms), people could be heard walking in rooms above, the shower - old style where flow and temperature is one regulated with one knob (extreme waste of water!) - only had hot...
“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again.
The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”

“Tru was a low-frills stay, but perfect for work travel--amenities available overnight if you're coming in late, close proximity (same complex) to major shopping and restaurants, and a _very_ friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. I arrived unexpectedly early, and they worked hard to get me installed in a room, even though they were under no obligation to do so. High recommend.”
