“You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great!

“Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !”

“We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good.”

“My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. Overall I think the housekeeper cut corners and didn’t change the bed lining nor vaccum etc. When I called front desk it felt like I was bothering them and the back and forth felt frustrating. “They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“I booked this hotel last minute through Expedia after our flight was cancelled at 10pm. Arrived at the hotel to be informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water. With a group of 10 at 11pm and no place else to go, we stayed. It was awful. The hotel should have been shut down or at least put a disclaimer on the booking about what was happening there. According to our shuttle driver this is not a new issue for this place. Do not stay here!!!”

“Property was not well maintained. Rooms have very strong and uncomfortable smells of perfumes. Services for guests were very limited. Air condition units were not properly cleaned and maintained. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else.
