“First of all, when we checked in we were not told where the elevators were. We were walking around, lugging our suitcases and exhausted. Someone asked what we were looking for and he directed us to the elevators. Turns out they were the wrong ones and had to walk halfway around the hotel to find the correct ones.
Also, the benches in the restaurant area are peeling. It is something that needs to be addressed. ”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“Our room was clean enough but the shower and sink drain were clogged. Both were extremely slow to drain, leaving you standing in a puddle while showering. The bathroom ceiling obviously had a previous leak but no one attempted to repaint the water stains, wall paper was peeling in the room, wall paper in the dining area was peeling (showing signs of mold), the dining room chairs were in need of replacing. The breakfast selection was not very appealing, in fact my 10 yr old walked away...
