“My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues.
1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th.
2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy.

“The rooms typically are clean but the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed. Staff checking in was amazing! Shuttle arrived on time and got us to the airport. When I called for a shuttle pickup on our return, the staff said she did not have time for me and have a lot of people checking in. We had to hire a taxi. The shuttle service is a huge consideration when we travel and leave from BWI airport. This has been the 2nd issue we have had with Marriott Courtyard in our recent stays.”

“They charged another $ 50 for something without telling me and I still don't know what that for and obviously no receipt. Very small selection for the breakfast (no donuts). Coffee was weak. Room was very depressing and so was the hotel in general. Was not able to get a reciept either. Shuttle to the airport was convienient but super unclear how, why, where, and if I should pay for it. ”

“The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi.”
