“Eran las 11:30pm y nos dispusimos a buscar un hotel donde pasar la noche, usamos expedía y encontramos disponibilidad en este lugar, quedamos a media hora de camino, al llegar, estaba todo cerrado, apagado, llamamos por teléfono, tocamos el timbre, finalmente decidimos irnos a buscar otro hotel, perdimos el dinero, y la reclamación con expedía provocó que me cancelaran erróneamente otra reserva que teníamos, hasta hoy más de 20 días aún estamos esperando resolución para ambos casos. “Lovely retreat for a family on vacation if you have a vehicle. We spent two nights here on a road trip from Sweden through Germany, Austria, Italy and Czech republic. The owners were very helpful and values customer service. We enjoyed the pool area very much and with the surrounding kiwi trees felt like an oasis. Nice rooms with good A/C.”
