Lägenhet i huset med trädgård

Mycket lugnt ställe, beläget nära centrum av Sopot men inte i mitten. Om du vill klubbar, går du ner till havet, vilket tar cirka 10 minuter, där du kan hitta en hel massa klubbar, restauranger, nattklubbar, strandfester, biograf, ölträdgårdar mm (det är Monte Cassino gata, huvudgatan i Sopot). Om du vill vila i en lugn plats kan du stanna hemma (eller i trädgården) eller gå i övre staden, var finns många lugna platser, skog, en liten damm, inte trångt "Highlander restaurang", en av de högsta topp i Sopot 'Lysa Gora' där du har utsikt över havet och hela Gdansk (mycket fin utsikt, särskilt på natten).
Många platser för promenader och cykelturer (du kan åka från Gdynia, genom Sopot, till Gdansk vid havet på den speciella cykelvägen).
Framför huset finns en plats för bilar (ej privat).
50m från huset finns Zabka marknaden öppnad till 11.00 där allt kan köpas.
Huset ligger ca 300m från skogen opera.

** Lägenheten ligger på bottenvåningen, men i själva verket är det 2 meter över gatan. Det finns två rum. En med en stor dubbelsäng. Det andra rummet är med en enkelsäng och en dubbelsäng. En säng kan läggas till rummet.
Det finns också ett mycket stort badrum med dusch, badkar, två handfat. Det är mycket användbart för större familjer. Köket är fullt utrustat.

Great stay!

Amazing location, very well-equipped apartment, cute dog, friendly owner, he even borrowed me his bicycle, which was a huge bonus. Interesting antique style inside the house (though the Stalin illustrations were a little odd), good value for money, we absolute recommend this place!

The house is really nice with a beautiful garden,cute animals(a dog and two cats) and lovely people in it. The owner is very friendly and helpful,we felt private despite family living just above us. The flat contains all you need,a very big bathroom was a bonus. The house is close to Aldi and 15 min easy stroll to the heart of Sopot and the coast which is beautiful. Highly recommend the place,we had a great stay!

Excellent location set in a lovely, quiet residential leafy street, close to all amenities, bus stops, train station and town centre. Aldi supermarket and pharmacy a 5 min walk away, and start of town's main-strip down to beach with variety of restaurants (incl McDonalds), shops, attractions and train station, a further 5 min walk away. Description and photos in the ad are very accurate, to set the expectations. Very traditional and dated decor (the lounge/ bedroom furniture and furnishings are like 1940s decor). Comfy beds, all rooms very well-equipped with everything needed/expected and in working-order. The large bathroom feels separate from 'within' the apartment, as it's off the main entry area/ hallway of the the main house, but still feels private as it's set away from the areas where the owners/residents, who live upstairs within the building. Hugo the dog is very chilled after first meeting him, and he and the upstairs residents did not disturb us all at during our stay. Lovely peaceful outdoor sitting area. Great communication with the Host for check-in details, special requests and check-out. Excellent value for money compared to other accommodations in the area that may have a 'newer' feel and priced accordingly.

Yes, at me it is impossib...

Yes, at me it is impossible to load a response therefore I repeat it here....: The apartment description completely corresponds to the declared description on a site. The place very successful, close is the main city street Sopot - Monte Kassino where there is the main infrastructure for resort rest, - there are a lot of various restaurants, cafe, bars.... Owners of the apartment are very hospitable, the yazykovy barrier didn't disturb us to communication. The apartment is in a quiet place, there is no noise, cars pass redno, but sound insulation in the house good and nothing disturbed us have a rest.Participle I having a rest. We had a rest together with the wife, everything was pleasant to us and we in the future still will come here. Sergey and Tatyana.

Rewelacyjnie!

Najlepsze wakacje na jakich byłam. Stały i miły kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Osoby które były na miejscu bardzo sympatyczne i służące pomocą. Dom czysty i zadbany. Pełne wyposażenie-czuliśmy się tam jak we własnym domu. Dzieci nie chciały wracać a nam również było smutno wyjeżdżać. Piesek w tym domu był bardzo przyjaźnie nastawiony do nas i bardzo cierpliwy w kontaktach z dziećmi. Dzieci go pokochały! Jeśli nadarzy się okazja to na pewno tam wrócimy. Bardzo polecam!!!

Awesome!

Great location to train station and the heart of Sopot, while still feeling like I was away from the crowds. The park nearby was perfect for hiking, walking the dog, and playing with the boys. Great Host, with helpful information on everything about Sopot, and Poland. A big recommend from our family! The U.S., where we live, couldn’t touch this place for the price and convenience it provided.

Great place

The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms / living rooms and a good-sized kitchen. The kitchen is the highlight of the apartment - well equipped including usable pots and pans and a dishwasher. The other two rooms are well furnished but some of the furnishings and decor are either "rustic" or "dated" depending on your point of view. We stayed here for a week and a half though and it was fine. The bathroom is huge and includes both a shower and a bathtub. It should probably be clarified in the listing that the bathroom is accessible from the rest of the house - that is, it's not within the apartment itself but in a corridor area just outside the apartment's doors. But we had it to ourselves, as the hosts do not use it. Bartosz was very helpful and communicative both before and during our stay. And the location is great. It's in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that is nice for walks, but is only a 10-15 minute walk from the busier, more tourist-y area of Sopot. In between (5 minutes or less walking) is a great supermarket.

Super nice, cosy place

We (four friends in our mid twenties) stayed in the apartment for a long weekend. We liked the somehow old-fashion but very cosy interior in the bed- and livingroom. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking. The host family gave us advice about the city, restaurants and places to visit. The city center/ beach is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. Besides, the family's dog was very friendly and cute. We really liked the apartment and would highly recommend you to stay there!

Wir haben eine Woche als Großfamilie mit 6 Personen im genannten Objekt verbracht. Leider kann ich fast nix Positives, außer, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereite Verwandte des Vermieters, die zum Zeitpunkt zu Besuch war, nennen. Es beginnt damit, dass man sich das Badezimmer mit dem Vermieter teilen muß(NOGO), man bekommt zwei Wohnungsschlüssel, doch eine Tür lässt sich nicht verschließen, sodass man jederzeit hätte in die Wohnung gehen können. Der Vermieter kontrolliert einen auf Schritt und Tritt, sei es beim Einparken bei der Mülltrennung oder wenn man versucht sich etwas im Gartenbereich zu erholen. Er ist ständig schlecht gelaunt und so kam es sogar vor, dass er plötzlich zum Kaffee in die Wohnung stürmte und rumschrie, dass das Auto auf dem Parkplatz einen halben Meter zu weit vorn steht.So etwas geht überhaupt nicht! Wir waren alle geschockt! Wir hatten alle ein sehr komisches Gefühl bei Ihm, wenn wir im Haus waren, meine beiden kleinen Kinder hatten sogar Angst vor Ihm. Die Ostsee war zum Zeitpunkt des Besuches mit gefährlichen Bakterien belastet, so etwas hat man vom Vermieter natürlich nicht gesagt bekommen(das Baden war somit auch gestrichen). Das sich das Haus auf einer ruhigen Straße befindet, können wir auch nicht bestätigen, sie ist stark befahren und sehr laut. Die Hunde auf dem Grundstück sind sehr lieb, doch man wird jeden Morgen von ihrem lautstarken Gebell geweckt. Wir können dieses Haus absolut nicht weiterempfehlen!

"Very nice place to stay, good neighbourhood and nice appartment. In the apartment was everything that you need (and more) from sandwich grill to electric mixer. If you are afraid of dogs, maybe this is not your place. But our 2 years old son just loved owner''s two big dogs and black cat :) Owners spoke only German (and Polish) and our German was little poor, but still we managed to get along quite well.
