Dear Sir, We are extremely sorry you have such a strong confidence in your severe opinion on our hotel services. We cannot change the fact that we are adult friendly hotel and for this reason we always communicate this fact on every sales channel we use. This information is readable as first remark visiting our own webpage, as well as all the OTA’s pages. While making your non-refundable reservation, you never mentioned travelling with child, which is also a person, who needs a bed and additional breakfast. We are extremely sorry you did not accept the solution our receptionist offered you in this unusual situation; still – our offer was much better than the one from the hotel you have chosen finally.
