“Excellent condition. Opened in 2023 and still very comfortable. We didn't pay the extra for off-street parking because we there there for only one night. There was sufficient no -cost street parking only a short walk away.”

“Beautifully renovated hotel right opposite the beach. My daughter and I really loved our stay. Gorgeous spacious room, king bed was so comfortable. All the staff friendly and helpful. Live music, great atmosphere, beer on tap perfect and screens to watch the footy. Dinner in the Dining room and had the best Scotch Fillet. Definitely go back again!”
“The service provided by the team at Rose Garden Motel was outstanding. Once they knew I would be late checking in they arranged for my late arrival, the lights and AC were turned on so the room was ready for me.
The room, although a little dated was super clean and comfortable, and soooo quiet.

It was tastefully decorated and all facilities worked well.
Situated on the edge of the main city strip made everything accessible, yet the apartment was very peaceful.
