“Overall, this was a nice, spacious home in a good location with a beautiful view. The house was decorated well, the grill was a nice addition, and the kitchen had most of what we needed, although there was no dish soap or paper towels. The home was generally clean, other than a significant ant problem. There were hundreds of ants in the kitchen, and they got into quite a bit of our food. There were also ants covering parts of the exterior siding. When we contacted the host, we were told where to...

“I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass...

“The house was perfect for our family weekend visit at Lake Cumberland and is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and very clean. The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions.”

“Jordan was a great host and very patient with us. The communication was awesome and the house was beautiful with a great view of the lake.”

“The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed! We loved the layout of the home for our families needs during our week-long stay. We were at the max capacity of 12 people and still had plenty of room inside and out. We enjoyed the porch during our evenings. Our stay was quiet during the week. The host contacted us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure! The boat ramp was right down the road Ramsey point easy to get to. Plenty of parking...

“The hardwood floors were extremely dirty. Otherwise, the house was very nicely kept and updated. The description needs to be updated to correct an online error that says 4 - bedroom. It is truly only 3 bedroom. The location was nice and convenient. The upstairs tenants were loud and disruptive at bedtime. Maybe add some noise insulation between the upper and lower units. Overall, we were well satisfied.”
