“Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. ”
“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved.
The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning

“Second time at the Pickle Factory one year apart. Excellent hotel and stayed in the themed Cigars & Bourbon room again. Location is great as you’re close to downtown Cincinnati but not in the middle of chaos. It is an Airbnb setup so check-in time is 4PM and the earliest you can enter is 3:30PM. Before that, parking was not available. Overall an excellent, room, hotel, and location. ”
“I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. ”

“The property was great for being one of the last hotels in town with vacancy. We made the mistake of trying to go to a Reds game the same weekend as a music festival. But this hotel had availability at a decent rate and was away from all the traffic. Free parking. Check-in was easy. Free breakfast. And there’s even a public bus called the SouthBank Shuttle Trolley that cost $2 one way or $4 all day and will drop you off right in front of the park. Can’t ask for much more than that!”
“I really liked how smooth the check in was. Very attentive staff and shout-out to the valet. Room was clean and spacious. There was a construction site next to the hotel which prevented me from having a nice city view from my room but it still was a great overall experience.”

The kindness and generosity he showed was above any that I have seen or ever heard of. This man should be in charge sharing his skill with others. Thanks for the great stay. ”
