Hotell nära Newport on the Levee

“I booked a city view king studio room. I called them directly after booking on Expedia and made sure I would be facing a direction that would allow me to view frieworks.. they assured me and confirmed that, that was the case. When I get to the front desk the lady says there's no way they can assure you of that. I said well then when I called here they shouldn't have told me they can. She then says I will actually be on the opposite side of the building. I'm furious. Then when I get to my room...

The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.”

“The property was clean but the breakfast was less than average. The selection was minimal and the hot items were not very good. Someone also had dogs with them and they cried for over an hour one day and sounded like they were running into the walls.”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
