“I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away...

“We arrived late prior from our booking date, then our reservations was occupied. They cant accommodate us because we haven't confirm our arrival time to the area. They reason out that we must confirm thru call our arrival time so that they will accommodate our reservations. The location of pension house was misleading in the ads. It is 10-12 km away from the city proper. Just waste extra bucks from this.”

“This property no longer is a hotel.it is now apartments.but yet i rented a hotel room.i will call my cc comoany and claim fraud in hotel and expedia”
