“The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.”

One of our team did comment she wished there were dish towels on site for use with pots and pans instead of always using dishwasher. “We enjoyed our stay here very much! The extended driveway that goes back to the private entrance was convenient! The bedrooms on opposite sides of the living and kitchen rooms was perfect for privacy! Bathrooms were nice as well as all the furnishings. The location was perfect, quiet but convenient. The beds are super comfy! Book this place, u will be happy you did!! Great communication with the host also!”

“They missed a few details such as mowing the front and back yard. We had a dog but could not walk it. The grass and weeds were up to my knees. The cleaning crew was there even after our check in time. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, a nice spacious house centrally located and beautifully furnished and decorated.”

“We traveled for a funeral and had 6 adults staying at the house. The house set up was optimal for this type of scenario as it is 3 levels with multiple sitting spaces and several of the beds also have pull out beds beneath them, making this house able to comfortably accomodate large families. “We had a great time in Geneva. Overall the place we stayed was very nicely decorated, comfortable and close to town and the river. The bikes are a nice touch. Two things to be aware of when renting: the owner communicates a lot. There are contracts to sign and lots of back and forth. Way more than any other VRBO I’ve ever stayed at.
