“Everything was clean but they failed to bring fresh towels when staff was notified 3 time in 22 hours.”

“Front desk was unprofessional, wouldn’t send anyone to room with needed towels and toilet paper. Had to go in person to front desk . With as much as you pay for a room here I would expect a little better service and attitude .”

“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”

“The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was with my family for the new orientation conference at A&M. The only thing I had an issue was the beds were a little high and I had a hard time getting on them. So just keep it in mind if you are short or have younger kids,”

“The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously.”

“The staff was very helpful especially during breakfast times. The room was clean and everything seemed well maintained. The only negative thing in the room was that the bathroom door did not shut completely, but that was not a big deal. The breakfast was decent, I would recommend more doubles of everything so that lines move faster. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this Hotel.”

“There was one lady I believe was the manager who was rude when I asked for additional towels. My check out time per Expedia was 12pm however, the day that I was supposed to leave the property, they told me that I had to check out by 11 even after I told them my checkout time per Expedia was 12 o’clock. The laundry area was pretty dirty as well. Overall, the room was great. The cleanliness of the room was great. The housekeepers were great. I did not want my room cleaned during my stay, however,...
