“Clean rooms and helping staff. Best price”

“Great to see the renaissance of downtown Gastonia. The Esquire is a cornerstone of the surge. When we were looking for lodging in the area, we saw the Esquire and we were delighted to see the old bank and lawyers’ building converted. The staff was amazing. The restaurant sources from all locally owned farms and suppliers. The rabbit gnocchi was life-changing. I wish I could rate higher than all 5s. Thank you Esquire- we will be back soon!!!!!”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and food was great.”

“Enkelt boende med smidig incheckning. Ok om det bara är för en natt med säng och dusch. Väldigt lyhört från korridoren och andra rum. Vaggades till sömn av reaggemusic från grannen mittemot”

“Awful. Disgusting. We checked in and once we got to the room, we turned around and left. The entrance and parking lot were dark and very unsafe. The smell was awful once we walked in the front door. The elevator floor was disgusting. And the rooms were unbelievably worse. I have a hard time believing that any health code inspections have been done recently. Do not recommend!”

“Nice place! Good room, nice shower etc. breakfast and swimming pool was so so. ”

“EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“The hotel itself was very nice and the room was cozy and clean. The staff at the front desk were so rude. They were not welcoming when we first got there, barely looked up from their desk and acted like we bothered them. For a nice hotel, you would expect nicer staff for sure.”
