Bama Breeze was our Dream and our Dream has now become a Reality we'd love to share with You! Our Brand New home offers Expansive Views of the Caribbean and outer islands whether in the Kitchen or Living Room or Relaxing on the Huge Water Front deck. Comfortably Furnished with a well stocked Kitchen, your family will love it here! Bama Breeze offers 3 Bedrooms including a Master Suite, a 2nd Bedroom with Bathroom access and a Bunk Room all complete with flat screen TV's. The Master Bathroom offers His and Hers Vanities and a 6 ft. tiled shower. (Even the Bathroom has a view!) The property is located on the Bonefish Flats with a large Sandbar that appears several times a day. Grab the Kayak's, anchor them out and go explore! Driving down the road, you will never imagine what is waiting for you when you arrive! We are convenient to Georgetown, the hub of Exuma, where there are shops and restaurants. In Georgetown you can rent a boat from Minn's or catch the water taxi to visit the world famous Chat-N-Chill. Love the beach? Exuma is home of some of the most Beautiful beaches in the world including Tropic of Cancer, CoCo Plum and the Sandbar where Captain Jack Sparrow walked in Pirates of the Caribbean, Dead Man's Chest! See the Turtles in Hooper's Bay, Swim with the Pigs, take a Fishing Charter, enjoy fabulous Bahamian Cuisine and so much more! Exuma truly offers something for Everyone and we can't wait to share it with You!

We had an incredible stay at Bama Breeze. The sand bar that appears in front of the property was amazing, and we walked all the way to the island you can see, which was more than a mile away. The house was clean, AC was cold, and everything worked great. The road getting there was rough but our small rental SUV had no trouble making it. The hosts were very receptive to messages before and during our stay, which was very helpful. We would love to come back to the Exumas and would definitely stay at Bama Breeze again.

Home was beautiful and space was as advertised. Hosts were responsive and helpful in planning our stay in Exuma as we were not familiar with the area. The walk out beach with access to the beautiful blue water is priceless. The kayaks and paddle boards are an added bonus as is the shaded deck area looking out to the ocean. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The roadway to the house is rough - but we knew that prior to booking and our hosts helped in recommending a rental company that could provide a dependable vehicle to navigate the area. This island is a hidden gem and I am so glad we were able to find the perfect home to experience all it had to offer.

Stunning property! The house was clean and as charming as advertised. The hosts were extremely responsive and check in was simple. The beach was beautiful, relaxing, and totally private. Low tide in the middle of the afternoon allows you to walk out to a huge sandbar to explore, while high tide in the morning and evening is better for swimming. The water level never rose high enough that we couldn’t touch, which was great for our kids. The roads leading to all properties in the vicinity are rough, so be sure to rent an SUV. A jeep would be best but the Buick SUV we got was fine too!

Just spent 9 amazing nights at Bama Breeze. What an amazing property! The hosts Doug and Bambi are so gracious and responsive. They really insured that we were comfortable and had a good time. And that was easy to do. This house has all you need for a good time outside…kayaks, paddleboards, corn hole, hook and ring game, bbq grill, fire pit. We had never stayed on this side of the island and thought the rocky shoreline and the lush vegetation was spectacular. What a surprise at low tide when we found that we could walk for miles. We walked all the way to Mosquito Cay. Pretty amazing!

The property is amazing. They have kayaks, plenty of snorkeling gear, and even some water shoes to borrow. The water on your own beach is very calm. The views from the deck are amazing! Inside of the home was very clean when we arrived. Ice maker in freezer is a plus, plenty of dishware and cookware was provided. All rooms have their own AC unit which worked really well. Never an issue with them. We will be back for sure!

Piece of Paradise

This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. Perfect spot for a family vacation

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. Whether you’re a water lover or just someone who enjoys a gorgeous view, this house has it all.Overall, it was a perfect stay, offering both tranquility and adventure. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway in Exuma, this is definitely the place to be!

Amazing property and location

The homes location is close to George Town , yet has the feeling of being a private island, with nearly a soul in sight for the days we were here. The house itself was clean and well equipped for our family of 4. The views were spectacular. The waterfront was perfect for kids. Bambi and Doug were great hosts.

All-around great stay

Bama Breeze has everything a family needs for an enjoyable vacation. Our toddler loved playing in the sandy beach, and we loved relaxing by and in the water. Great bonefishing on the flats out front! The home is well cared for and very comfortable for 4 adults and a kiddo. Bambi was a very attentive host!

Private Ocean anyone?

The property was exactly as pictured and you can find yourself exploring the island or stay in. Your own ocean seemingly awaits a few stairs and a short walk from your door. Only issue for us was the Exuma maintenance of roads and street directly to and from the property. Make sure to get an SUV or Jeep for this stay.

Great Time at Bama Breeze

Our Family of 5 (10, 8 and 5 year olds) loved our week at the Bama Breeze. The house was clean, modern and nice, and the owners were very responsive to our questions. The water off of the property is very shallow and safe for the kids to swim in. They have Kayacks you can use to wlexplore around. With that said, there isn't much to see in the way of sea life if you want to snorkel - If you want to snorkel you need to go to the other side of the island. Definately rent a Jeep or SUV - The road to the house is very rough. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and the grill worked well - One good thing we did was bring Frozen Meat from the US with us and bought groceries in George Town to make dinners. All around great place, great vacation.
