Detta vackert inredda privata residens ligger bara några steg från stranden och en av de 2 gemensamma poolerna på fastigheten. Perfekt för familjesamling med en privat Grill för familjen BBQs eller för den speciella fångsten av dagen. Den 2: a våningen rymliga master svit innehåller ett master badrum med dubbla dusch och ett bubbelbadkar samt en balkong med utsikt över Elizabeth Harbor. På bottenvåningen finns det 2 sovrum och 2 badrum, ett välutrustat kök plus en grill på omslagsverandaen och en matsal och vardagsrum i stor stil.
Vi finns inom februari Point Resort Estates, en 80 hektar gated community på en halvön med utsikt över vattnet överallt. February Point ligger på Great Exuma Island, bara 3 minuter från centrala Georgetown och en 20 minuters scenisk resa från flygplatsen. Vi har också en fantastisk Beach Club med pool, rymlig solterrass och i mark Jacuzzi, fantastisk mat på Rusty Anchor restaurang, Sea View Day Spa, och Sales & Rental kontor ligger vid punkten med 180 graders vatten utsikt. Grannehuven innehåller tennisbanor, ett gym och en småbåtshamn.

A Great Week in Exuma

Great location for our family trip. House was as advertised and it was great to have access to a good restaurant and nice pool area onsite and within a 3 minute walk.

Paradise

Beautiful island

We had an amazing time at Feb Point. Relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Make sure you stop by market and plan to prepare some meals. Restaurant on property is nice but not open everyday.

Awesome Property and Location.

Great central location with access to beaches north and south. To experience all that Exuma has to offer expect to be away from the house during daylight. House has everything needed to cook meals if you don’t want to eat out. Great pool across the street. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat. Amazing blue water!!!

Nice stay but would not stay again

Overall we had a nice stay at this property and the house was as described. Cleanliness could have been better- I found some items left from previous guests under the bed and behind a chair that really show the “quick clean” that was done prior to our arrival. February point amenities need some work, the pool is green from what I assume to be algae and the beach is fine but is not nearly as nice as other beaches nearby. The communication with the property management was great as they resolved some issues/challenges our family had. However, I would definitely not stay at this property again as they do not have a generator and we had 3 power outages within 5 days. one outage was more than 24 hours and it was so uncomfortably hot we had to check into a hotel.

Better places for the price

I’ve stayed in this community many times over the years. This was the worst property I have experienced. It started by me contacting the property manager five days before arrival asking if we could access the property before 4 PM. No response. Morning of Travel, reached out again. No response. Reached out two more times that day and still no response. Finally got in contact with the security office of the community and they informed us that the door was open and keys were on the counter. Not a good start. Many of the amenities they list for the home are amenities available for the community, not specific to the property. Killed a cockroach on the counter on the second day. A lot of of the amenities for the home such as toilet paper, paper, towels, dish soap, were only supplied enough for maybe two days. We asked them for a little bit more and their reply was “we are not a hotel“. I understand this, but a reasonable supply for six people for a week is a minimum expectation. I would just say buyer beware on this one as there are other properties in the community that are better managed and better taken care of.

Quiet and Relaxing

The house suited our family needs well - our son brought a buddy, so the 2 twin beds worked well for them, and our daughter had her own room and bath. Everything in the house was in good working order and we especially liked that the wifi had a battery back up as the power went out several times, but we could still connect online. On the negative side, I did not like the master bedroom on the second floor, and the pool near the house was closed for repair (not noted prior to arrival.) The restaurant was also closed on Sunday, when we arrived. In general, the community was nice, but the marina area did not appear to be in good condition.

Disapointed Stay

Tried several times to talk with Manager and Management Company. They were unwilling to return calls and directly communicate. We had complaints that went unanswered.. We did not get to realize all of the amenities listed.

Great Island House for Families

House is right across from a pool and beach, wonderful for kids. The house is also great but the upstairs bedroom is not ideal for kids as the stairs are a bit steep. Kitchen was stocked well, we cooked nearly all our meals. We have friends cruising on a sailboat who visited and beached their dinghy right out front. We rented a little boat and docked it overnight at Feb point marina for a reasonable price. Great experience!

It's a really nice property and was very well managed. The beaches are only mediocre for the Bahamas

Really nice. We drove to some nicer beaches so that small criticism is not a big issue. The condo we stayed at couldn't be nicer. We all really enjoyed it.

Words cannot describe the amazing experiences we had. The staff was so friendly and attentive. A special shout out has to be given for Kaymark. He goes above and beyond! The house is just as described and even more so. We will be back!!!

Great house, great location!

The location was a great central location and Kaymark was a fantastic host. He was able to give us the lay of the land, and gave us some great ideas to see and do. Very responsive when ever we had a question or needed anything. Thank you Kaymark!!! Some issues with cost for our Covid test to return back to the US, so everyone should make sure they understand what is or isn’t covered with the Visa.

I think this is the first time in my life where the pictures of the property don't do it justice. It was absolutely gorgeous. February Point is one of the prettiest locations I've ever stayed in, and it's right next to George Town, which is basically the center of Great Exuma. We ate out in town several nights, but the Rusty Anchor at February Point was the highlight for us every time...about a five minute walk from the house. We rented a boat at Minns Water Sports and realized it was easiest to drive it back to the Marina at February Point to pick up our whole crowd than to bring everyone into George Town, which gets a little crowded particularly after a holiday weekend. The rental staff we dealt with were as wonderful as the home we stayed in...we dealt with Renae, who was a rock star.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un endroit merveilleux et au calme..grande villa, très bien équipée..dommage que le jacuzzi ai posé un problème de fuite. renae et l ensemble de l equipe est aux petits soins et à vos côtés ..emplacement idéal pour des vacances inoubliables..Deux piscines à disposition , l une en face de la villa et l autre proche du restaurant du ressort..La ville est à 2 minutes en voiture et le supermarché est bien fourni à des prix plus ou moins égal à l Europe.. Nous recommandons ce resort.
