Fantastiskt hus vid vattnet vid Great Exuma, Bahamas!

  • * Mitt hem skadades inte av orkanen 2019.
    Detta vackra hem byggdes 2008 och är vackert dekorerat med otrolig utsikt över vattnet.

    Det finns 2 master sviter med king size-sängar (1 på 1: a våningen, 1 på 2: a); ett rum med två enkelsängar, ett med en drottning, och en övervåning loft / studie med en drottning storlek soffa, och ett angränsande loft med en drottning storlek Aero säng.

    Köket är stort och perfekt för att fixa gourmeträtter medan du ser ut mot vattnet. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet flyter från köket, till matplatsen, till det stora rummet och ingången.

    Vardagsrummet har tak i två våningar och vetter mot poolen och vatten.

    Den stora poolen i trädgården har en försvinnande kant och ser ut mot Elizabeth Harbour och Crab Cay.

    För båtliv, snorkling och fiske rekommenderar jag min båtkapten
    Antonio Johnson of Johnson's Getaway
    och Island Boy Adventures, som ägs av min huschef.

This home is exceptionally decorated with quality throughout. The dining, living room, bedroom, pool, and patio furniture are like a 5-star resort. Located in a private gated community, February Point, the home rental includes (at no additional cost) club amenities and a restaurant. Cathy (host) was available by email and very responsive. Daphne (on island property manager) was available by phone (WhatsApp) and very responsive with thorough answers to questions about the home, local activities for our family (often providing links and phone numbers) and more. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Daphne and Cathy!

PERFECT stay

Out of the 16 times I’ve visited/vacationed in Exuma, THIS STAY has been our favorite. We loved the central location of February Point.

Love this home!

Everything was easy super comfortable, accommodating, clean well stocked. This house is beautiful one of my favorites as a return exuma guest can’t wait to stay again.

Nicely appointed ed big souse on a quiet Island

My family thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was in really good condition. The location is perfect for boat lovers, and the pool was nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to go back!

The house was absolutely amazing and the location could not have been better. It was the perfect size for us(3 couples). The purchase/checkin/checkout processes were all very easy as well. This was definitely the best vacation we have ever been on. Will return soon!

Fabulous stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the starfish villa’ It was very well equipped and the location was stellar. I would suggest doing a lot of boating activities as these were the highlights of our trip. The photos just don’t do this place justice! We will definitely be back to stay here in years to come. Only hiccup was finding the house itself but we reached out to the property manager who answered right away and guided us to the right house!

Paradise in February Point

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so much nicer than the pictures. Evvie was so accommodating and everyone was so polite. This is one of the best places for a family. This was our second trip to the exumas, and this stay was our favorite! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Paradise in Exuma

Beautifully maintained property with lush gardens and unbeatable views. The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families (2 master bedrooms) with 8-10 people. A new dock is a perfect place to keep a boat to explore the harbor and surrounding islands. 5 minute ride into town by boat or car makes shopping and dinning convenient. Hope to be back next year.

Feels like home

This house not only met our needs perfectly, it is so tastefully appointed it feels more like home than a weekly rental. We had a small issue with upstairs water pressure but other than that had no complaints. The manager was quick to respond to any and all questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful home and wonderful safe location.

We were a family with 3 adult children. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy time together but also nice separate private bedrooms. It is right on the water with plenty of water toys. There is no sandy beach but we still enjoyed snorkeling. Kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked as well as walked to the Rusty anchor.

The house was just what we were looking for! Lots of space. Big kitchen with everything we needed to cook many evenings! Loved having a pool this time in the Exumas. Plenty of SUP’s/kayaks (all in great condition) to use during your stay. Owner and property manager responsive to our inquiries. We love February Point. Will definitely try and stay here again next summer!

PERFECT getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Starfish Villa. Everything was as described and so much more! We arrived after dark to Exuma airport and it was our first time to the island, that definitely made getting our rental car picked up and getting to February Point a bit challenging! However, as soon as we pulled up to gate of February point, we felt very well cared for. Our entire trip to the island was magical and Starfish Villa was a great home base. Thanks so much! We hope to return :)

Starfish Villa was an absolute home run!

We have visited Exuma many times. This rental in Georgetown was by far our favorite. February Point is an excellent location, especially for families. Evvie, our house manager was very responsive, the cleaning crew was awesome and adorable, and the house is spectacular! Few minor issues, but Evvie was on it! Cannot recommend this place enough! It has absolutely everything! Thank you, Cathy, for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!
