  • Sea Garden, 3 sovrum / 3 badhus, ligger på stranden med vacker turkos utsikt över Tar Bay och havet. Tar Bay är också smeknamnet "Millionaire's Beach" på grund av det främsta läget. Det finns inga hotell eller företag här. Stranden är 2 miles lång, perfekt för snorkling, fiske, långa promenader ...

    Sea Garden har en stor wrap-around veranda av 1. 000 kvm ft. nås från en serie av sju dörrar från alla sovrummen. Varje sovrum har eget badrum och en uteplats med mycket avskildhet ... Det finns en hängmatta och 2 sväng stolar på verandan, med utsikt över havet ...

    Husinredning är bekväm och modern. Sängarna har gelmadrasser och gelkuddar för de mest bekväma sovande någonsin !!!
    Fullt utrustat kök har ett matbord för 6 personer.
    Det finns solstolar med kuddar på stranden.
    Njut av att göra grill med en gasgrill på en mycket trevlig uteplats med utsikt över havet.
    Sväng stolar och hängmatta ger ett fint tillägg på wrap runt verandan för extra avkoppling ...
    Två kajaker finns att utforska vatten från stranden, ingår i hyra.

    Sea Garden ligger ca 5min. från flygplatsen, 7min. från George Town och 15min. från den nya Sandals Golf and Tennis Resort.
    Du kan hitta alla typer av restauranger, båtuthyrning företag, kitesurfing, etc. inte långt ifrån huset, på kort körsträcka. Välj bland olika turer som erbjuds av Exuma Tours. Besök Exuma historiska platser, inklusive 200-åriga St. Andrews Anglican Church, tre gravar kyrkogård, bomullshuset, salt beacon, "shark lady", etc. Boka en dyktur med Exuma Scuba Diving för att se James Bond Grotto, mata iguanor och simma med grisarna !!!

    Huset är centralt beläget och ligger nära allt.

The property worked just fine for us. It is on a beautiful beach with the most amazing water. The one thing that I would say is that the house could be updated a bit on the outside; possibly some fresh paint would do the trick. We would stay here again.

The view is amazing! The house was a little dated but the beds were comfortable, the house was squeaky clean and honestly we came for the views and this property did not disappoint! Host was very helpful when we had questions. Can’t wait to visit again!

The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. Olena was super fast with responding to my questions. The best part was the beach, soft sand great for long walks. The water was crystal clear. I highly recommend bringing a raft for floating and relaxing.

Stunning beach front view. Super easy to get to the house from the airport. We loved “Tim’s on the Bay”. Grocery store up the road. Super convenient. Locals are all very kind and easy going. We’ll definitely be back soon. My only recommendation is bring your snorkel gear or inflatable paddle board. The house had a few pool noddles and tubes. That was very nice. Our neighbors left two days before us and gave us a few inflatables as well. So that was nice. The beach chairs are really nice too. Overall we’re very happy with our stay.

The location can't be beat and the host was so accomodating to our needs. We loved every minute and we did not want to leave. The area is very safe and peaceful.

The house is located in a perfect location on beautiful Tar Bay beach. We are experienced VRBO tenants who have been to the Bahamas several times and this location on Exuma is top notch. The house is a short ride to the airport, to Georgetown and to the resort locations further north. The internet lacked a little consistency but that goes with the territory in the Bahamas. The AC works great and kept us cool in the warm evenings. What the house lacks in magazine updated decorum is more than made up for by the location,and beauty of the view and proximity to the water. Olena was great to work with and made the process easy. I recommend renting a boat from Minns and enjoying other areas of the island. However, the beach 20 paces from the porch is fantastic.

We have rented this house at least 4 times over the years because it’s the best location on an absolutely beautiful and very private beach. The house has gotten older over the years, but it’s always clean, beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. Sea Garden is a special place for a great vacation.

Me and the wife just spent 6 nights there, beautiful view of the deck. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the Island. House definitely needs some updates, pics definitely older. Was clean and really easy check in. Host was very responsive if i had questions. Was let down on not the kayaks like it said on page. But still had a blast. Have your own beach pretty much here. Good experience overall, and would recommend this place.

I thought the location on Tar Bay was wonderful. The view from the large wrap-around porch can't be beat and just a few steps out the door to an incredible beach. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms and house was stocked with everything we needed.

Nice home and great location. Not sure why but water pressure was really low - may just be that it was an island lol. We enjoyed ourselves.
