“Rachelle was the best host I’ve ever had. She communicated with my taxi driver to find the place, met me outside, and gave me an entire walk thru even though I arrived later at night. She also changed my check-in date free of charge. She had complimentary drinks and food at the house for me and also arranged transportation for me early the next morning to get to the ferry.
