“The air conditioner wasn’t working! In TEXAS!!!! Also they had loud guests! No free breakfast. Cost to park. Not my favorite place to stay this time!”

“This hotel has a good location in Georgetown. This older property was clean and the staff helpful. This property is pet friendly; We don’t have pets. The air conditioning system could use an update.”

“The AC in the room was not operating correctly or there was some issue but the room was damp, musty and the AC smelled. Wife had asked them to clean and make up the room while we were there and they didn’t. Not the Marriott quality stay we are used to.”

“My family had a blast. Home 2 suite is going to be my go to for hotel experience. Pool staff rooms breakfast by far the best. Room clean had everything you need to stay for a while. 2 beds with sofa room was awesome. Lots of space lots of plugs. Staff wonderful refilling breakfast and pool towels. OMG the breakfast. Delicious 2 staff refilling till the end then asked if we needed anything before they closed. Even chicken fried chicken. Spinach pastry my daughter loved. I wish they had white...

“We only stayed 1 night, but still enjoyed a very nice stay. We felt very welcomed at check in and found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.”

“My partner slept fine but the room & sheets I stayed in had a distinct moldy smell that made it impossible to fall asleep. The pictures looked well advertised and the staff was helpful but for my one night stay, I would’ve spent just $5 more to sleep at another hotel.”

“Stayed almost a week and trash would be collected but bed not made for some reason. But had everything you need, or I need. Parking, solid bed, bathroom, refrigerator and micro. Quite busy during my stay but didn’t really bother me and plenty of parking. ”

“Damaged door handle, Low and burnt out lighting. The floors were so filthy, if you walked on them barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would be black. Strange unidentified stains under the covers on the mattress. Trouble getting the door key to work. Broken fire detector wires hanging out. Very limited availability of ice Etc.. Did not feel safe or comfortable. Checked out early and went to another hotel. Will not use this hotel again.”

“This property is super old. This property is not very clean. The bedding is very old and the sheets were stained. The door knob to the restroom fell off. It was broken and a safety hazard. The staff was not the friendliest. The hotel is very old and outdated. I would not recommend this hotel.”
