“Staff is friendly. Rooms are well appointed”

“Staff were spectacular and often went out of their way to help. Location was convenient. Breakfast was really good and the kitchen suite was very accommodating. Would stay here again and again if was in the area more often.”

“Would have been nice to know that there was no daily house cleaning before I booked. Hint: would have gone elsewhere. Desk attendant couldn't understand that I booked 2 rooms. Took way-too long to check in. Parking for trailers was excellent. Disappointed in how Hampton Inn's have declined.”

“I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything...

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly, conscientious and extremely helpful! The hotel was such a short walk to the Two Step Inn venue so it was perfect all around! Also a big shout out of appreciation to the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! ”

“Stayed almost a week and trash would be collected but bed not made for some reason. But had everything you need, or I need. Parking, solid bed, bathroom, refrigerator and micro. Quite busy during my stay but didn’t really bother me and plenty of parking. ”

“The motel is definitely "low budget" with few amenities and served my purpose of a place to stay while my daughter was in the hospital. The furniture in the room was definitely "tired". I do think they should do a better job cleaning the floor, especially in the bathroom. The Staff was very courteous and never acted like I was inconveniencing them as I asked for ice when I got back to the room after 11PM at night.”

“The ac only worked the first night. We had to Clorox the counters they were visibly dirty. The shower was in bad shape tiles were in bad shape. The tub faucet had a steady drip. The security latch was broken so just had the normal door lock.”

“Staff was good. No front desk after hours. No housekeeping unless you’re staying for weeks. WiFi for only 1 device per room. Other than that the room was very nice.”

“Had some kind of bugs in the bed that came out as soon as we turned off the light. Informed the staff at check-out, but they didn't seem to care. We actually left in the middle of the night because of the bugs. The room was filthy, the drain in the sink was full of hair. Floor was also dirty and the blanket had stains...”
