“this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. “The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our truck, trailer, and could dock our 30' boat in water in the canal. The host was easy to communicate with and the property is pet friendly. There are no grassy areas on the property so that did take our dog a minute to find a spot, but overall it was a nice stay.”

“The regular road noise was very annoying on the first night .( The home is very close to the road) .I know the owner can’t control road work but the second night we were woking by the road construction from 2:30am-4:00am . The refrigerator/freezer didn’t properly work. Beautiful view of the lake ,convenient location! Ceilings are low !”

“The place was absolutely beautiful, and we would all stay there again. My only comment is that the upstairs AC didn’t seem to work as efficiently as the main level, so it may need to be checked. Otherwise, everything was truly great!”
