“Everything about this home was perfect for our group. We loved the large family room with a big table for playing games. The library, general store, and daytripper to Beausoleil Island (Georgian Bay Islands NP) are all a very short walk. There was also a park with play area and pickleball courts across the street!We had plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep and enjoy meals.”

“Host was welcoming. Parking was a challenge. And it wasn’t clear how to get to the actual lodging once we got there. It was dark and snowy and clearer instructions would have helped. For example: park and walk 300 yards across the property to reach the cabin. ”

“The stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was very equipped, the covered BBQ and hot tub was very nice as well. The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. The overall experience was great and we'll definitely come back next winter for another skii and snowboarding weekend!”

“What a great place if your looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Even the scenic view off the back deck, of nothing but green forest, was soooo serene. But what really put this place over the top for us, was the beds. Probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in.”

“Our stay was amazing. We had a really great time. The accommodations are a perfect mix of modern comforts, and a quiet remote setting right on the water. Lots of stuff for kids to do, inside and out.Access to the lake but tucked away and quiet so no boat traffic. Kayak and paddle boat makes for a fun way to explore the area.Host is very accommodating, friendly, and puts effort into making sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.I’d recommend this spot to pretty much anyone,”
