“Clean room with great sized balcony overlooking beautiful lake. Property is amazing and very well maintained. Restaurant breakfast was very good and even the public washrooms even the reception lobby were super clean. Highly recommend!”

“I had an unpleasant experience at touchstone resort. I checked in and got a room. After a while, we realized that the kitchen sink is half filled w water and there is no water supply, the faucet is wrapped by a maintenance rag. We were shocked and we had to rush to the restaurant for dinner as it closes at 8pm. We reported it to the front desk before dinner, then they said they know and they need to move us to another room. Why would they give us this room at first??? When we get the new key,...
