Wow, did this property exceed our expectations! It was very clean and had everything you would need! The sofa fold out into a full/queen bed which was very comfy for our daughter! I would say 4 adults comfortably. I'd love to stay again when we have more time! ”

“Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!”

“We had a wonderful time on our trip and enjoyed staying in this location. It does have a few eccentricities that should be noted. The larger bedroom's king size bed is very high; a step stool is needed to climb in and out. This could be difficult for some guests to navigate. The smaller bedroom's window faces the alley and parking area and bright lights are on all night outside this window. There are blinds, but it was still bright enough that it was hard to sleep. Bring a light-blocking mask!...

Fabulous location. 1/2 block from southern perimeter of Forsyth Park. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Coffee shops galore. Listing pics are accurate. Included parking spot was a real bonus!
