Cottage is a clean functional small space. Kitchenette consists of sink, microwave and small coffee maker. A blender and small toaster oven in cupboard. Living space is cute one-room area. Bed could be improved with a better mattress for better support, foam topper not effective. ”

“Host was nice and accommodating. Cottage was decorated with a lot of fun. As with some VRBOs that are well used, this one is in need of several repairs and deep cleaning. Upholstery, rugs, dishes, shower , windows, . Broken blinds and toilet issues. Really creaky bed but comfort. A suprise lizard under the comforter - no kidding. I’m sure that doesn’t happen often. “We recently spent a night while traveling from West Palm Beach to Aiken, SC. Great location just off I-95. And such a "sense of place". Authentic low country, huge live oak trees with Spanish moss, lovely water views as we walked around and charming cottages. Very comfortable bed and a great coffee station. Perfect for a couple and a dog for a night or a weekend getaway.”

“This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good...
