“House was new and very comfortable for our needs. Location was very good for our needs to visit family and friends. Some supplies were needed and they were delivered promptly. Only small issues were getting the checkin info which I saw was to come a few days before and some confusion at checkin having 2 lockboxes on the door. Thanks!”

We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored. It has taken 10 days and 5 Vrbo agents to hopefully get a refund.This has left a very negative experience for using vrbo.
